Your satisfaction (and your pet's happiness!) means everything to us. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Pet Accessories (Collars, Bandanas, Harnesses, etc.) We accept returns on accessories within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
To start a return, please contact us at pommycreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Pet Treats & Consumables Due to health and hygiene reasons, all treat and food purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrived damaged or there's an issue with your treats, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right! 🐶
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Custom & Personalized Orders Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges, but you're welcome to return an eligible item and place a new order.
